NB: Team members often meet on their own for additional workouts, where a coach may not be present. Team members usually coordinate these workouts via the e-groups.
Swim The SWIM workouts on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and (beginning November) Sunday take place at the Aquadome in Ville Lasalle, at 1411 Lapierre, right next to CEGEP André-Laurendeau (Location Map). In the summer, the Saturday SWIM workout takes place outdoors in the 50-metre pool at Parc Ouellett, also in Lasalle and nearby to the Aquadome. (Location Map).

Run workout – Wednesday night
October to May: The run begins at 6:00 PM with a warm-up at the summit of Mont-Royal, near the Chalet at Beaver Lake. We meet there again 20 minutes later to begin the workout. The actual meeting place is right behind the Chalet, near the drinking fountain at the intersection of the caleche paths. (Location Map). If Mont-Royal icy The run workout is held at Summit Circle , which is at the top of Trafalgar Heights just off of Cote-des-Neiges Blvd. The team meets at the belvedere (Lookout). (Location Map).
June to September: The team meets at the 400-metre track at parc Riverside at Lasalle,. (Location Map)
Bike
In winter, indoor spin sessions are held.
